Corporate Creed
Our new corporate creed clearly defines into five sections the thought behind the principles to be implemented into all aspects of Toppan's operations. The first is the building of customers' trust which underwrites the foundations of anything we do. The second is strengthening our marketing and technological might, and promote our activities from a global perspective. The third is acknowledging our social responsibilities as a corporate-citizen, to become engaged in the global environment, and assertively establish our corporate ethics. The fourth is building a proactive working atmosphere by respecting our individual ideals and incorporating them in the facilitation of greater teamwork. The fifth, extending from the others, is to make a company highly appraised and respected by all its shareholders through the pursuit of possibilities and increasing our corporate worth. |

Conduct Guidelines
Our code of conduct is comprised of 44 articles which form two main chapters. The first chapter consists of six articles that cover the most fundamental aspects to be observed. The second chapter consists of 38 articles that shall be followed in specific instances. They include conduct stipulations in daily work, with customers, within the company and general society. These details have been summarized and published in the Toppan Printing Conduct Guidelines, to be observed by all employees. |
