(hereafter Toppan Printing; Head office: Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo; President &amp; CEO: Naoki Adachi) has concluded a technology transfer and license agreement and a trademark license agreement with E.I.du Pont de Nemours and Company  (hereafter DuPont; Head office: Wilmington, Delaware, USA; Chairman &amp; CEO: Charles O. Holliday Jr.). The technology transfer and license agreement is for DuPont&apos;s polyvinyl fluoride coating technology for PV (photovoltaic) backsheets, whilst the trademark license agreement is related to the company&apos;s Tedlar&amp;reg; registered trademark.
Based on these agreements, Toppan Printing will establish mass production technology that enables more efficient manufacture, and develop new PV backsheets with further enhanced functions.
With these agreements, Toppan Printing will enhance its range of PV backsheet products and further expand its PV backsheet operations.</description>
