I work in the customer service team at Toppan Photomasks France and have been in this role for three years.
I am in permanent contact with our customers to understand their requirements, fulfill their needs, answer any questions, and also to establish and build a strong relationship/partnership.
I started working for Toppan seven years ago as a production operator. Toppan gave me the opportunity to evolve and develop within the company, progressing into a position that allowed me to interface with our customers.
This is a position that I really enjoy and allows me the chance to work with a wide variety of customers from many different countries and cultures.
My Free Time
I like to have fun with my friends, go to the cinema, and regularly practice sport at a club with my husband.
